What is Purana Ghrita?
Ghee is prepared as per ghritakalpana (classical procedure of preparation). It is assessed for gritha
paaka lakshana. It is then allowed to cool to room temperature before being stored in airtight glass
containers. The stored ghee is kept for eight years, away from light and temperature variations.

Method of Preparation
